Role Summary

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will serve as a critical technical point of contact for our customers. You will work remotely to troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues, support deployments, and maintain uptime across services. Your goal is to ensure an excellent customer experience through efficient and empathetic problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users via ticketing systems or chat
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to cloud services, networking, storage, and deployments
• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve platform bugs
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and response time
• Create documentation and internal tools to support operational efficiency
• Assist with infrastructure monitoring and incident response
• Contribute to a knowledge base of common issues and solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure services (Compute, Storage, Networking)
• Familiarity with Linux systems, Docker containers, and command-line tools
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills
• Passion for customer experience and problem solving

Preferred Skills

• Experience with support platforms like Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack)
• Scripting experience in Bash or Python
• Knowledge of Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools
• Certifications in cloud technologies are a plus
