LeadSquared is hiring Intern – Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) in Bangalore for its AWS-hosted SaaS infrastructure platform.   • Support capacity planning and reliability improvements across cloud systems
  • Participate in incident management, emergency response, and troubleshooting
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and document preventive actions
  • Build and improve observability and monitoring systems
  • Collaborate with DevOps, InfoSec, and Engineering teams
  • Analyze OS-level and application-level performance metrics
  • Monitor AWS services including EC2, RDS, ECS, Redis, Lambda, SQS, API Gateway, and VPC
  • Support alerting systems and automated incident response mechanisms
  • Work with observability tools such as Grafana, Kibana, PagerDuty, and NewRelic
  • Troubleshoot production infrastructure and cloud application issues
  • Document incidents, operational procedures, and monitoring workflows
  • Occasionally interact with customers regarding infrastructure performance concerns
