Job Overview

Deutsche Bank is hiring a DevOps Engineer (Associate) with strong expertise in public cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation. You will work closely with product owners, architects, project managers, and global development teams to build secure, scalable, and automated cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain, optimize, and update CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub, GitHub Runners).
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and respond to incidents.
• Work independently and collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
• Deliver solutions with precision under tight deadlines.
• Follow Agile methodologies and adopt continuous improvement practices.
• Contribute to automation of tasks and deployments.

Required Skills & Experience

Essential Skills

• Deep understanding of public cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Strong experience with enterprise production workloads.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and common DevOps tools:
  • Jenkins
  • TeamCity
  • GitHub / GitHub Actions
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Terraform, Helm, Shell scripting
  • Python and/or .NET Core (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (any distribution) and service mesh solutions like Istio.
• Experience with container systems like Consul or Nomad (plus).
• Ability to troubleshoot cloud, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Strong communication skills in global multi-cultural teams.

• German (optional)
