Role Description
Deutsche Bank is building visionary technology through its Technology, Data, and Innovation (TDI) strategy, with a focus on agile delivery, engineering excellence, and infrastructure modernization. You will be part of the dbSleuth Team in Regulatory & Cross Product IT, which focuses on surveillance across trading and counterparty activity using React, Python, Spark, Scala, and Hadoop for large-scale data and ML-powered risk detection.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in modeling, coding, testing, and requirement analysis.
• Collaborate in an agile team to design, implement, and test scalable software solutions.
• Create a culture of learning and continuous delivery improvement.
• Design and build secure, extensible, and reusable solutions.
• Participate in peer reviews and design evaluations.
• Support regulatory-critical workstreams and delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and team collaboration.
• Experience working with large datasets using Python, SQL, React.js.
• Good understanding of UI frameworks and infrastructure components.
• Data modeling and domain-driven design (DDD) knowledge.
• Familiarity with Git, JIRA, Jenkins/TeamCity, Artifactory, and OpenShift.
• Understanding of CI/CD, SDLC, and secure development practices.
• Exposure to machine learning, Spark, and Hadoop is a plus.

Educational Qualification

• UG: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization
• PG: Any postgraduate degree
