Job Description

Join Deutsche Bank as an Infra Support Engineer in their Pune office. As part of the Technology Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day infrastructure-related tickets, supporting production environments, and maintaining system stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Site Reliability Engineering and automation
• Fulfill service requests for internal customers
• Troubleshoot and manage incidents and problems
• Administer and improve system availability and reliability
• Handle escalations within defined SLAs
• Support operating systems, applications, utility software

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills:

• ETL Tools (e.g., Pentaho)
• Oracle SQL/PLSQL & Database Administration
• Linux/Windows OS, Shell Scripting
• Authentication/Authorization
• DevOps & Automation (e.g., Ansible)
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
