Job Description

Deutsche Bank is seeking a passionate and motivated Associate UI Developer to join their innovative and growing team in Pune, India. This role is part of the Corporate Bank division, focused on delivering top-tier securities services through green-field development projects. You’ll work in an agile, collaborative team environment that encourages continuous learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement UI for web and mobile applications.
• Convert design wireframes and mockups into responsive, interactive code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Develop reusable UI components and conduct usability testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues.
• Keep up with latest UI trends, tools, and technologies.
• Work closely with backend teams to integrate UI components.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience using Git/version control.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for design.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SASS/LESS (CSS preprocessors).
• Familiarity with Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Understanding of performance optimization and accessibility standards.
