Key Responsibilities

• Automate and reduce manual toil with scalable solutions
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and system reliability using Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
• Perform capacity planning for DDoS platforms, network layers, and application stacks
• Automate deployment/configuration via Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Kubernetes
• Define and implement SLIs/SLOs and proactively monitor system health
• Troubleshoot production incidents and participate in RCA and problem management
• Collaborate with global teams for security platform uptime and performance

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or similar roles
• Strong programming/scripting skills (Python preferred)
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, internet protocols, and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on with Prometheus, Grafana, alerting tools, automation systems
• Knowledge of infrastructure management with tools like Terraform, Ansible
• Experience with Kubernetes, CloudFront, and container orchestration
• Comfortable working 4PM–1AM IST shift
