Role Overview:

As an Associate Cloud Support Engineer, you will be the trusted partner for global customers, including Fortune 500 companies. You will lead mission-critical support operations and collaborate across distributed teams to solve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer questions and technical issues with precision and professionalism.
• Lead investigations to optimize performance across Akamai’s Distributed Network.
• Provide technical support, own the resolution process, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Analyze recurring technical issues and suggest preventive solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Understanding of Internet protocols: DNS, HTTP/S, TCP.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in providing technical support to B2B customers is a plus.
