What You'll Do
As a Cloud Support Engineer II, you will:
- Ensure customer satisfaction with Akamai products and services
- Work with customers to resolve technical issues
- Act as a technical advisor and problem-solver
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems
- Build trusted relationships with global clients
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in a technical support or similar role
- Strong understanding of VPNs, Proxies, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS)
- Exposure to Layer 3/4 technologies
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work in dynamic customer environments
