Company: Akamai Technologies
Job Role: Associate Cloud Support Engineer
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant fields
Experience: 6 months - 2 years
Job Location: India
Shift Timings: 12:00 PM IST - 9:00 PM IST
Job Responsibilities:
- Work as a trusted support partner to resolve customer issues
- Provide technical leadership and direction to the AkaTec organization
- Own problem resolution and collaborate with internal teams
- Investigate and optimize Akamai's Distributed Network for enhanced performance
- Analyze and propose solutions to prevent recurring technical issues
Technical Skills Required:
- Experience providing technical solutions & support to B2B customers
- Understanding of internet protocols: DNS, HTTP/S, TCP
- Basic knowledge of Linux and/or Unix
- Ability to prioritize workload and communicate technical issues effectively
Salary: As per company standards
