Job Profile:

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot product issues, assist with configurations, and resolve technical challenges in coordination with the dev team.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback and technical issues internally.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong oral English communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Open to working in night shifts (US time zone).
• Positive attitude and self-driven approach to tasks.
