Job Description

Zoho Corporation is hiring Technical Support Engineers to join its global support team. As a support engineer, you will be the first point of contact for international/domestic clients, providing voice-based assistance to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide voice-based support to international/domestic customers (inbound and outbound)
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
• Communicate clearly and confidently to build strong customer rapport
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex problems
• Work with the documentation team to close gaps in help modules
• Must be open to night shifts and rotational work schedules
