Job Description:

Join Zensar Technologies as a Cloud DevOps Engineer specializing in AWS. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure to support enterprise applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform performance, automate processes, and ensure system health.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong Linux/Unix systems and command-line proficiency
• Scripting with Python, Shell, or Perl
• Configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
• Cloud platforms expertise: AWS (primary), Azure, or Google Cloud
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, VPCs, proxies, CDNs
• Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
• Monitoring/logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Splunk (optional)
• Citrix technologies: XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, Citrix Provisioning Server
• Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform basics, GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Storage configuration: Block and object storage
• Security best practices in production environments

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure
• Monitor system health and proactively resolve issues
• Automate workflows to reduce manual intervention
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and monitoring tools for performance insights
• Conduct post-incident root cause analysis and preventive actions
• Collaborate with development teams for reliable feature deployment
• Perform capacity planning and resource optimization
• Maintain system documentation and configuration records

Preferred Qualifications & Competencies:

• Proven experience as Site Reliability Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, agile methodologies
• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator preferred
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
