Job Description

Visa is hiring a Software Engineer [DevSecOps] to join their technology and operations team in Bangalore. You’ll work on advanced DevSecOps tools and systems that enable frequent, independent, and secure code releases. This is a great opportunity to work in a hybrid model with cutting-edge cloud, security, and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain DevSecOps pipelines using Java, Python, and Angular/React.js.
• Automate deployments, builds, monitoring, and testing processes.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to enhance tool integration and CI/CD operations.
• Maintain and improve internal Visa utilities and DevSecOps capabilities.

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software engineering or DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git/Subversion, Linux, Shell/Bash, and Python scripting.
• Experience with Jenkins, Maven, Tomcat, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with Artifactory/Nexus, MEAN stack, Ansible, Jira, and Wiki tools.
• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) is a must.
• CKAD/CKA certification is a plus.
