Job Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer at Visa, you will:

• Develop, implement, and optimize new features as per project specifications.
• Design, construct, configure, and document technical components, including enhancements, modifications, and corrections, to ensure smooth business functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver innovative technical solutions that meet business needs.
• Lead design and code reviews to ensure high-quality and efficient coding practices.
• Participate actively in Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Continuously enhance technical skills and stay updated on industry trends.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, OR
• 0.6 - 2 years of professional software development experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong academic background in full-stack software development.
• Familiarity with modern programming languages and development frameworks.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, complex environment.
