Job Overview – Associate DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer (Fresher) at United Airlines, you will gain hands-on experience with cloud platforms, containerized environments, and automation pipelines while supporting enterprise-scale software deployments. You will collaborate with developers, QA teams, and IT operations to enhance software delivery workflows, system reliability, and cloud infrastructure performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Support cloud infrastructure management on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or ELK stack.
• Write and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Participate in containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot deployment and environment issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
