A leading global aviation technology provider is hiring an Associate Engineer – DevOps in Gurugram, Haryana, India. This full-time role focuses on enhancing collaboration between development and operations teams, automating delivery pipelines, and optimizing system performance for mission-critical platforms.

You will work in an Agile environment, implementing automation architecture, solving technical challenges, and supporting high-availability systems used across global aviation networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in design, development, and planning of automation architecture for enterprise platforms.
• Automate manual processes and solve architectural challenges to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Analyze and interpret requirements from Business, Network, and Security teams.
• Implement best practices and introduce new technologies to solve complex business problems.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, and ensure platform stability, quality, and security.
• Collaborate across teams to support continuous improvement and faster delivery cycles.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in code reviews.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ year experience as an Automation Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Python and scripting languages (Bash, Python).
• Experience with NETCONF, RESTCONF, Netmiko, or similar automation/configuration tools.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Must be legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and successful interview completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible.
• Exposure to OpenText’s Operation Orchestration platform.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Experience with enterprise IT or cloud-based automation environments.
