What You'll Do

• Automate cloud and infrastructure tasks using Jenkins and internal Self-Service Portals.
• Manage and debug development/test environments for performance and stability.
• Monitor infrastructure to ensure service uptime and adherence to SLAs.
• Document systems, procedures, and user guides.
• Provide support for critical, customer-facing services with a goal of near 100% uptime.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance reliability and performance.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Operating Systems.
• Proficiency in C, C++, PERL, and Python.
• Experience in Unix/Linux environments.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and source control tools (Git, GitHub, Perforce).
• Passion for automation and infrastructure as code.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience

• Prior DevOps or Systems Engineering experience.
• Exposure to production-grade infrastructure and automation.
• Background in monitoring and performance optimization.
• Ability to document and explain complex systems clearly.
