Job Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support through phone, tickets, and chat to the Synopsys workforce worldwide.
• Resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and applications.
• Handle common account troubleshooting and resolve technical problems.
• Provide ticket status updates to management and end-users.
• Maintain effective relationships with end users and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate actions.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• IT Support: 2-3 years of experience in End-user/Desktop Support.
• Technical Skills: Debugging in the Windows environment, knowledge of Windows Active Directory Services, Exchange email tools, and Microsoft Office.
