Job Summary:
At Red Hat, trainees actively contribute to real projects and collaborate with global teams. You’ll work with mentors to gain technical experience and develop new skills in software development.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design, develop, and maintain code in Python, Golang, or similar languages.
✔ Add new features, debug, and track issues in Red Hat products (RHEL, OpenShift, etc.).
✔ Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Product Management, and Design teams.
✔ Network with other trainees in an inclusive and diverse workplace.
What You’ll Bring:
🎓 Education: Pursuing or completed a relevant degree in Computer Science or related fields.
🖥 Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Python, Golang, or similar programming languages.
📢 Communication: Strong English written and spoken skills.
🚀 Mindset: Passion, curiosity, and willingness to learn and collaborate.
🕒 Duration: 6-month program from June - December 2025.
