The Red Hat IT Experience Team is seeking a motivated IT Support Engineering Intern to join their dynamic environment in Pune. You’ll assist in supporting key technical functions like enterprise hardware, business systems analysis, IT customer experience, software engineering, and systems administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for internal IT support and troubleshooting.
• Monitor ticket queues, chat, and phone for IT-related issues and queries.
• Work within the ITSM system to ensure all tickets are addressed promptly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Red Hat associates.
• Collaborate with IT teams to maintain smooth technical operations.
