Job Description

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of software systems to assist in technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Provide support during the customization and maintenance phases of Qualcomm products.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve technical issues and support debugging processes.
• Assist with architectural tasks and customization to meet client requirements.
• Write technical documentation including FAQs, application notes, and manuals.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ year of experience in programming (C, C++, Java, Python, etc.)
• 1+ year of experience in debugging and troubleshooting software systems.

Level of Responsibility

• Works under supervision with defined tasks.
• Communicates clearly through written and verbal channels.
• Tasks involve clear procedures, documentation, and support manuals.
