Role Overview

Join Qualcomm’s cutting-edge Software Engineering team as a Campus Hire Associate Engineer. This role offers fresh graduates the opportunity to develop software for Qualcomm’s advanced chipsets, contributing to real-time systems across Android, Windows, and Linux platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop real-time embedded software and device drivers
• Work on multimedia technologies: Audio/Video codecs, Image Processing
• Contribute to wireless modem technologies (4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.)
• Collaborate on OS-level software: Linux, Android, Windows
• Engage in IoT applications: Smart Devices, Drones, AR/VR
• Implement communication protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, RTP)
• Software stack, kernel, firmware, and BSP development
• Follow best practices in Object-Oriented Programming and software design

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, ECE, or related field
• Proficiency in C/C++ and object-oriented programming
• Knowledge of operating systems, data structures, and algorithms
• Exposure to Linux/Unix environments and device drivers
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
