🔹 Job Description:

As a Cloud Operations Engineer II, you'll be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and secure environments. You will support services such as AWS WAF, Azure NSGs, firewalls, and automation using scripting tools. You'll also participate in 24x7 on-call rotations and contribute to improving service reliability.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor complex firewalls, including Web Application Firewall (WAF) systems
• Execute scripts for firewall/WAF configurations, audit reports, alert monitors, and automation
• Handle incident triage and resolve issues via ticketing systems
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations
• Analyze root causes of incidents and perform outage investigations
• Apply updates/patches from vendors to firewall and WAF infrastructure

🔹 Required Skills:

• 3–5 years experience with Imperva, AWS WAF, AWS Shield
• 3–5 years experience with Azure Network Security Groups (NSG)
• Practical experience with AWS and/or Azure (EC2, VPC, VNETs, Load Balancers, DNS)
• Proficient in Python, PowerShell, Ruby, or other scripting languages
• Knowledge of certificate management and cloud-based infrastructure

• Experience with IAM and Azure Active Directory (AAD)
• Ability to multitask in dynamic environments
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
