Team Overview

The Hosting Team manages infrastructure across the full stack—from hardware and operating systems to PowerSchool platforms—ensuring security, performance, and innovation in our cloud operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure to ensure availability and security.
• Respond to tickets, triage issues, and resolve production incidents.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations for incident resolution.
• Perform OS and application updates/patching.
• Execute root cause analysis for recurring incidents and major outages.
• Optimize infrastructure for enhanced customer experience.
• Automate responses to monitoring alerts using standard tools and scripts.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in cloud-based application support.
• Proficient in Azure services like VMs, NSGs, VPC/VNETs, Load Balancers, DNS.
• Experience with application servers (e.g., IIS, Tomcat).
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux administration.
• 1+ year hands-on with IaC tools: Terraform, Bicep, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Understanding of web application firewalls and AI tooling.
• Effective communication, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving.
