We’re looking for a TechOps Engineer who’s passionate about automation, analytics, and system reliability. This role involves optimizing data flows, enhancing system performance, and driving efficiency across critical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and data flow systems to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical anomalies in production environments.
• Automate manual processes and reports to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure smooth transaction processing and regulatory compliance.
• Define and track performance metrics to improve visibility and operational performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Strong technical knowledge in Java, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with process automation tools or data analysis frameworks (preferred).
• Understanding of financial services, stock broking, or trading systems is an added advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline.
• OR an MBA from a reputed institute.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in analytics, automation, or operations in a technical domain.
