Job Summary:
We seek a proactive Linux Administrator with a strong DevOps mindset to build, maintain, and automate scalable Linux infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This role requires expertise in Linux system administration, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), automation tools, containerization, and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable Linux infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools (SaltStack)
• Automate provisioning, configuration management, and deployments
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Manage containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Implement and administer Hashicorp Vault for secrets management
• Monitor system performance and optimize using Nagios, Grafana
• Ensure system security, compliance, patching, and vulnerability management
• Troubleshoot complex system and application issues
• Implement backup and disaster recovery automation
• Document infrastructure and automation processes
• Participate in on-call rotations with a focus on automation and problem prevention
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure and GCP

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/Computer Science
• Minimum 2 years as Linux Administrator in a DevOps environment
• Certifications: RHCSA, RHCE preferred
• Strong Linux system internals, administration, and security knowledge
• Proficient in scripting languages (Bash, Python preferred)
• Experience with SaltStack or other configuration management tools
• Hands-on with Hashicorp Vault and CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Monitoring and logging experience (Nagios, Grafana)
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
