Role Overview

As an Associate – Tech Ops Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of enterprise applications. This role requires expertise in cloud platforms, DevOps, cybersecurity, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support, operations monitoring, and service delivery.
• Implement security solutions with a focus on authentication, encryption, and compliance.
• Develop scripts and automation using JSON, Java, JavaScript, Shell, and HTML5.
• Manage and monitor application servers, performance monitoring tools, and automation frameworks.
• Work on cloud systems (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, Oracle Cloud).
• Contribute to containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Support file transfer protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, IBM Connect Direct).
• Apply expertise in cryptography, PGP encryption, SSL/TLS certificates, and secure file transfers.
• Administer deployment automation tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Ensure compliance with ITIL Service Operations and global security standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Tech Ops / Cloud / Security Engineering.
• Strong skills in Linux, Networking (TCP/IP, Firewalls, Load Balancers).
• Knowledge of Databases (SQL, NoSQL), Multi-tier Architecture, and APIs.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
