Role Summary
As part of the Quality Engineering (QE) team, you will actively participate in the agile development process, troubleshoot complex issues, reproduce bugs, and work closely with developers to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will aim for maximum automated functional testing coverage and support production applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers in agile development cycles.
• Reproduce and resolve issues in production environments.
• Conduct automated functional testing with the goal of near-100% coverage.
• Provide product demonstrations to internal teams.
• Perform Production Verification Tests (PVTs).

Required Experience & Skills

• 1+ years in enterprise software testing with a proven record of delivering quality products.
• Ability to build automation frameworks from scratch for cloud-based batch automation.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Frameworks: Cucumber BDD, Gauge, Selenium, TestNG.
  • Languages: Java (strong programming fundamentals).
  • Tools: Test Management tools, Git for source control.
  • Data Formats: JSON, XML, YAML, AVRO, CSV, PARQUET.
• Strong understanding of various testing methodologies.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS or GCP preferred).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Batch Testing experience with GCP services: GCS, BigTable, Dataproc Metastore, Dataflow, Composer.
• Experience with cloud composer–orchestrated jobs and Cloud Pub/Sub.
• Active Google Cloud Platform certification.
