Role Overview:
As a DevOps Support Engineer, you’ll provide top-tier technical support for Copado’s platform, ensuring high customer satisfaction and rapid issue resolution. This is a highly technical role with opportunities for growth and advancement.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage customer case queues and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide technical support, suggest workarounds, and troubleshoot problems.
  • Advocate for customer needs and manage expectations effectively.
  • Maintain technical expertise and create knowledge base materials.
  • Research, document, and escalate cases as needed.
  • Assist in designing and delivering technical training.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and promote Copado solutions.
  • Complete assigned project responsibilities efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in Salesforce and Customer Support/DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS environments and integrated technologies.
  • Knowledge of development tools: XML, APIs, CLI, SQL, and error logs.
  • Experience with version control systems and Git repositories.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to prioritize and escalate issues as needed.
  • Comfortable working with global teams and clients.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work nights/weekends when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Copado Admin and Developer Certifications.
