Role Summary:

As a DevOps Support Engineer, you will work within the Copado Support team to provide world-class customer experiences, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure the stability and reliability of the Copado platform. This is a technical role that provides excellent growth and advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer support case queues and SLA expectations
• Resolve technical issues related to the Copado platform
• Provide workarounds, solutions, and product guidance
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Research and escalate cases as needed, maintaining documentation
• Contribute to knowledge base and internal technical training
• Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, or offerings
• Assist with training and product content creation

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–5 years of experience in Salesforce and Customer Support or DevOps
• Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs, CLI, XML, SQL, error logs
• Understanding of Git and branching strategies
• Familiarity with Copado and Salesforce ecosystem
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
• Comfortable working with global remote teams
• Copado Admin and Developer certifications are a plus
