Role Overview

The DevOps Support Engineer will provide high-quality technical support for Copado’s Salesforce DevOps platform.
You’ll be part of a fast-paced, global team that ensures platform reliability, customer satisfaction, and seamless product delivery across multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer support cases in line with SLAs.
• Answer technical questions and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Advocate for customer needs and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Develop expertise in product functionality to deliver effective solutions.
• Create and maintain knowledge base materials for internal and client use.
• Research, document, and escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Participate in product training and support technical enablement.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement and up-sell.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in Salesforce development or support.
• 1–5 years of experience in Customer Support or DevOps.
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms and integrated technologies.
• Strong understanding of APIs, CLI, XML, SQL, and error logs.
• Experience with branching strategies and Git repositories.
• Familiarity with Copado and Salesforce DevOps processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure situations.
• Flexible schedule (may include nights or weekends).
• Copado Admin and Developer Certifications preferred.
