Role Overview
The DevOps Support Engineer will provide enterprise-level technical support, cloud DevOps assistance, and Salesforce CI/CD troubleshooting for Copado customers worldwide. You will contribute to cloud infrastructure optimization, container orchestration, and SaaS automation, ensuring the platform remains highly reliable, secure, and scalable.
This role is ideal for professionals seeking to grow in DevOps engineering, cloud infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, and CI/CD automation, while gaining hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and multi-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage support case queues and ensure compliance with SLA agreements
- Troubleshoot Salesforce DevOps issues, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise automation problems
- Resolve technical support challenges in CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and multi-cloud platforms
- Collaborate with global development and DevOps teams to optimize workflows
- Advocate for customer needs and ensure high satisfaction for enterprise clients
- Document and maintain knowledge base articles for operational efficiency
- Research, escalate, and resolve complex technical cases
- Assist in designing and delivering technical training for internal teams
- Identify upsell opportunities and present Copado solutions persuasively to customers
- Complete assigned DevOps and cloud automation projects within deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, DevOps, or SaaS support
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise SaaS environments
- Familiarity with Git repositories, branching strategies, and version control vendors
- Proficiency in XML, APIs, CLI, SQL, error logs, and troubleshooting tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and escalate customer issues efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Experience working with remote and distributed global teams
- Flexible and willing to work night shifts and weekends as required
- Copado Admin and Developer Certifications preferred
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in cloud DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, and container orchestration
- Knowledge of multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or hybrid cloud environments
- Experience in cloud cost optimization, enterprise automation, and CI/CD scaling
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools, Robotic Testing, and enterprise SaaS deployment
Work Environment
- Work from office 5 days a week
- Night shift aligned to US Time Zone
