What You’ll Be Doing

As an Associate Technical Support Engineer, you’ll provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users by diagnosing issues and engineering solutions. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve network and software issues.
  • Customer Support: Clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly and professional manner.
  • Collaboration: Work with field technicians, product teams, and engineering teams on major customer issues.
  • Analysis: Compile, pull, and parse network logs for root cause analysis.
  • Problem Solving: Adjust network configurations and apply software solutions.

  • Analytical Skills: Advanced troubleshooting and complex issue resolution abilities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, M2M communications).
  • Communication: Ability to convey complex concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  • Collaboration: Proven experience in cross-functional teamwork and holding others accountable.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle change effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to create documentation, test plans, and knowledge articles.

Requirements

  • Education: BCA/B.Sc or a technical degree.
  • Experience: Fresher or 1 year of technical support experience.
  • Communication: Excellent English skills are a must.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, M2M)
    • Cloud-based platform support
    • CRM tools like Salesforce
    • Bug management tools like Jira
    • Knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices
  • Certifications: Microsoft, Linux, networking certifications are a plus.

  • Work Location: Bangalore Office
  • Shift: Complete night shift
  • Support: International customers (voice process)
