Reports To:

Senior Manager, Technical Support

What You Will Be Doing:

• Diagnose technical and network issues for end-users.
• Adjust network and software configurations, troubleshoot installations.
• Communicate clear, technical solutions in a user-friendly manner.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for issue resolution.
• Parse station/network logs and test plans.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong customer-first mindset and analytical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interpret site drawings, specifications, and repair guides.
• Effective communicator—written and verbal—with technical accuracy.
• Experience working cross-functionally and independently.
• Test planning, case creation, and documentation skills.
• CRM and ticketing systems experience (Salesforce, Jira).
• Willingness to work night shifts and support international customers.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, M2M).
• Exposure to cloud platforms and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• CRM tools like Salesforce, bug tracking tools like Jira.
• Knowledge of Microsoft/Linux systems, mobile tech.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (BCA, B.Sc, etc.)
• Fresher or up to 1 year experience in technical support roles.
• Additional certifications in networking, Linux, or Microsoft technologies are a plus.

• Location: Bangalore, India
• Shift: Full night shift (supporting international clients)
