Job Description:

• Deliver technical solutions based on specifications and design guidelines.
• Develop, test, and maintain cloud-based or desktop applications using Java, J2EE, AJAX, and Web Services.
• Analyze requirements and their impact on existing applications.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Work with Leads to create scope estimates and technical specifications.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Java and J2EE technologies within a cloud environment.
• Proficiency in JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, Spring Boot, JUnit, JSON, and REST/JSON web services.
• Knowledge of Java Design Patterns is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Strong Object-Oriented Design skills and understanding of MVC.
• Familiarity with Git for version control (branching, tagging, and merging).

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Azure or AWS cloud (PaaS) with Java.
• Strong business application design and debugging skills.
• Proficiency in Java development tools like Eclipse and Maven.
• Interest in building security into applications from the initial design.
• Experience in creating technical project documentation and time estimates.
