Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance and availability of applications and infrastructure using tools like AppDynamics, LogicMonitor, and Azure Monitor.
• Perform SQL database health checks and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation.
• Administer Windows Servers and IIS, applying configurations and updates as needed.
• Monitor interface subsystems to ensure smooth data flow between systems.
• Provide first-level support for system incidents and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and incident responses.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent future issues and improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and configurations with minimal downtime.
• Ensure 24/7 uptime of critical systems, adhering to SLAs.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in a systems monitoring and support role.
• Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, LogicMonitor, Azure Monitor).
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases (monitoring and troubleshooting).
• Understanding of Windows Server administration and IIS management.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with monitoring server uptime, performance metrics, and application performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in a team environment.
• Availability for 24/7 shifts (including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations).

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of AppDynamics and LogicMonitor.
• Familiarity with healthcare applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
