Job Responsibilities

• Application Deployment:

  • Deploy client-facing applications across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications post-deployment.

• Support and Maintenance:

  • Provide technical support for client-facing applications, addressing issues and ensuring proper functionality.
  • Monitor application performance, implement updates, and fix bugs.
  • Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and debug application issues.

• Client Interaction:

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Work with clients to complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment and support processes.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for recurring issues.

Technical Skills

• Programming Languages: C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript
• Web Technologies: React, Angular, Node.js
• Database Knowledge: Familiarity with querying Microsoft SQL and relational databases
• Azure Platform: Familiarity with the Azure Platform
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of HL7 healthcare terminology and standards
  • Understanding of security best practices for application deployment

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years in systems engineering with proficiency in C#, .NET, Java, and JavaScript.
• Shift Work: Willingness to work in shifts.
• Location Requirement: This is a work-from-office position in Baroda, Gujarat.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in India.
