What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor and review SLAs, KPIs, and manage support tickets.
• Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support, escalating as needed.
• Work with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, Office 365, Smartsheets, and MS Project.
• Maintain and update client websites, ensuring content is structured effectively.
• Support CMS platforms such as Drupal and Umbraco.
• Perform manual testing, including brand guidelines verification and cross-browser testing.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve technical issues.
• Track incidents and document solutions to build a knowledge base.

What You'll Need

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or 1 year of equivalent experience).
• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and content management processes.
• Experience with incident management and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, and release management) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web development and digital marketing tools.
• Understanding of CRM systems and cloud-based platforms.
• Interest in advertising, media, and post-production technologies.
