Role Overview
The IT Support Engineer is responsible for delivering day-to-day technical support (Level 1 & 2) to WPP employees, agencies, and clients. You’ll operate within the Enterprise Technology (ET) team, working hands-on with hardware, software, and AV solutions in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier, on-site IT support to WPP employees and clients in Bangalore
• Travel as needed to additional sites for onsite support
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 & 2 incidents for Windows and Mac platforms
• Handle onboarding/offboarding processes including account setup and asset allocation
• Manage IT assets, procurement, and lifecycle operations
• Maintain and support meeting room AV and collaboration tools
• Deploy hardware and software; provide break/fix support
• Log all issues in the IT ticketing system and track resolution
• Participate in project work and infrastructure upgrades
• Provide after-hours support when required
• Educate users on new tools and promote best practices

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in an IT Help Desk / Desk-side Support role
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS environments
• Experience with AV and conferencing technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Organized with excellent time and task management
