Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve IICS data integration incidents
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Monitor IICS environment health and performance
- Provide technical support and resolve user inquiries
- Participate in change management processes and deploy changes
- Analyze recurring incidents and implement preventive measures
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Informatica IICS architecture
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with Unix/Linux and shell scripting
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
