About WILP

WILP is a learning-integrated program that enables students to work full-time at Wipro while pursuing higher education. The program is designed for BCA and B.Sc. graduates from eligible streams and offers a career path in IT, with regular mentorship and learning support.

Stipend Details

• 1st Year: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI)
• 2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI)
• 3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI)
• 4th Year: ₹23,000
• Joining Bonus: ₹75,000

Eligible Streams

• B.Sc: Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics
• BCA

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in 10th, 12th & Graduation
• Open school allowed only for 10th & 12th
• Max 1 backlog at time of assessment (must be cleared with 6th sem)
• Core Mathematics mandatory (Business/Applied Maths not allowed)
• Max 3 years of education gap between 10th and graduation
• No gaps during graduation
• Graduation should be completed within 3 years
• Must be Indian Citizen / PIO / OCI / Bhutanese / Nepalese (with citizenship proof)
• Minimum age: 18 years

Selection Process

• Round 1: Online Assessment
  • Verbal (20 min, 20 Qs)
  • Analytical (20 min, 20 Qs)
  • Quantitative (20 min, 20 Qs)
  • Written Communication Test (20 min)
• Round 2: Voice Assessment
• Round 3: Business Discussion

Service Agreement

• 60 months (5 years)
• Early exit requires joining bonus to be repaid on a pro-rata basis

Important Notes

• Selection and eligibility decisions rest solely with Wipro
• After clearing all stages, candidates will receive an LOI followed by pre-skilling
• Final offer letter will be issued upon successful completion of pre-skilling
• Any malpractice at any stage can lead to disqualification and legal action
