Job Description:

• Understand test requirements and participate in test case design
• Author test plans based on business and testable requirements
• Implement Wipro's testing methodologies using model-based testing for efficient test generation
• Ensure peer review of test cases to reduce rework
• Collaborate with development teams to define and capture test cases
• Set criteria and scope for testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Automate the test lifecycle using tools such as VB macros, scheduling, and GUI automation
• Design and execute automation frameworks and reporting structures
• Develop and automate validation tests including test environments, plans, and scenarios
• Ensure accurate defect reporting and resolution within project standards
• Provide detailed bug reports and monitor test progress
• Ensure deliverables meet Wipro/Customer SLA norms without slippage
• Design and share test execution dashboards at the end of each cycle
• Give feedback on usability and serviceability, trace results to quality risks and escalate appropriately
