About the Role
Wipro HR Services (formerly Alight) is hiring fresh graduates for the Associate Analyst role. This position involves configuring and testing the proprietary Total Benefit Administration (TBA) system using internal tools and systems. It is ideal for fresh graduates interested in HR tech, SQL, and backend systems.

Designation: Associate Analyst
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MCA (2024 Pass-Outs Only)
Location: Chennai
Service Agreement: 12 Months
Shift Timings: Rotational (based on business requirement)

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and test the Total Benefit Administration system.
• Use proprietary tools to set up system parameters based on client needs.
• Understand and apply the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with other teams for testing, quality assurance, and implementation.
• Work on simple and complex SQL queries.

Technical Skills Required

• Knowledge of SDLC, Mainframes, and SAS concepts.
• Strong in SQL – ability to write intermediate queries.
• Understanding of DBMS concepts, table relationships, and keys.
• Familiarity with software testing and quality assurance methodologies.
• Analytical mindset – break down problems into manageable parts.

Communication & Other Skills

• Strong oral and written communication.
• Self-motivated and responsible.
• Team player with a logical and problem-solving approach.
