Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.E/B.Tech in CS, IT, or Circuital branches
• Graduation Year: 2025

Academic Performance:

• 10th & 12th: Minimum 60%
• Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university guidelines)

Backlogs & Gaps:

• One backlog allowed during assessment (must be cleared by the 8th semester)
• Maximum 3 years gap in education (between 10th and graduation)
• No gaps allowed during graduation (must be completed in 4 years)
• Open school/distance learning accepted for 10th & 12th only
• Part-time/correspondence graduation courses not accepted

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹5.5 LPA + ₹1 Lakh Retention Bonus

• Retirement Benefits: PF, Gratuity, Optional Pension, Survivor Benefits
• Service Agreement: 12 months (₹75,000 on a pro-rata basis)
