Key Job Roles

Automotive Software Engineer

• Develop software for Infotainment, Navigation, and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
• Conduct software tests and integrate with hardware systems.
• Keep up with automotive software trends.

Embedded Systems Software Engineer

• Design and develop next-gen embedded software.
• Work with middleware, OS layers, and device drivers.
• Collaborate with hardware teams for system integration.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Automotive Engineering, CSE, ECE, IT, or Cyber Security.
• Academic Performance:
  • 10th, 12th, and Graduation: 60% or above (or CGPA 6.0+).

Batch

• 2023 & 2024 graduates.

Additional Criteria

• Max 3 years of education gap allowed.
• One backlog allowed at the time of the online assessment (must be cleared by the 8th semester).
• Indian citizens, or holders of PIO/OCI cards. Bhutan/Nepal nationals need to provide citizenship certificates.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: ₹3.5 LPA.
• Bonuses:
  • ₹25,000 after 6 months.
  • Additional bonuses on the 18th, 24th, and 36th months.
• Regular yearly increments.
• Service Agreement: 12 months post-joining with a bond of ₹75,000 (pro-rata).

Selection Process

1️⃣ Online Assessment (128 minutes):

• Aptitude Test: Logical, Quantitative, and Verbal Ability (48 mins).
• Essay Writing: (20 mins).
• Programming Test: Two coding problems (60 mins) in Java, C, C++, or Python.

2️⃣ Business Discussion Round.
3️⃣ HR Discussion Round.
