Salary: INR 3.50 LPA

• Flat Bonus of INR 25,000 after 6 months
• Yearly increments
• Merge Bonuses on 18th, 24th, and 36th months from DOJ

Job Location: PAN India

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:
  • 10th & 12th Standard: 60% or above
  • Graduation: 60% or CGPA Equivalent to 6.0 or above
  • Open school/distance education allowed only for 10th & 12th
• Backlogs: One backlog allowed at the time of Online Assessment (must be cleared by the 8th semester)
• Education Gap: Maximum 3 years allowed between 10th and the start of graduation
• Course Duration: Graduation must be completed within 4 years
• Nationality: Indian Citizen, PIO/OCI cardholders, or Bhutan/Nepal Nationals (with citizenship certificate)
• Minimum Age: 18+ at the time of registration

Eligible Branches: CS/IT and Circuital branches only

Service Agreement:

• 12 months post joining
• INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis

Selection Process:

1. Online Assessment (128 mins)

   • Aptitude Test: Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, English (48 mins)
   • Written Communication Test: Essay writing (20 mins)
   • Online Programming Test: Two coding programs (60 mins)
     • Allowed languages: Java, C, C++, Python
