Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• 10th Standard: 60% or above
• 12th Standard: 60% or above
• Graduation: 60% or CGPA Equivalent to 6.0 or above (as per university guidelines)
• Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only

Other Criteria:

• One backlog is allowed at the time of the online assessment (must be cleared with the 8th semester).
• A maximum of 3 years of education gap is allowed (between 10th and the start of graduation).
• No gaps are allowed during the graduation period. Graduation must be completed within 4 years.
• Full-time degree courses recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
• A 3-month cool-off period is required from any previous Wipro assessment attempt.
• Candidates must be Indian Citizens or hold a PIO/OCI card.
• Bhutan and Nepal nationals must submit their citizenship certificate.
• Candidates should be 18+ years old during registration.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: INR 3.50 LPA
• Bonus:
  • INR 25,000 post 6 months (merged with salary after 12 months).
  • Additional merged bonuses at 18th, 24th, and 36th months from DOJ.
• Regular yearly increments

Service Agreement

• Applicable for 12 months post-joining.
• Bond amount: INR 75,000 (on a pro-rata basis).

Selection Process

1st Round: Online Assessment (128 minutes)

• Aptitude Test (48 mins) – Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, English (Verbal) Ability
• Written Communication Test (20 mins) – Essay writing
• Online Programming Test (60 mins) – Two coding problems
  • Programming languages: Java, C, C++, or Python

2nd Round: Voice Assessment

• Candidates who clear the online assessment will take an English communication test.

3rd Round: Business Discussion

• Shortlisted candidates will go through a business discussion round.

• Selection and participation are at Wipro’s discretion.
• After clearing all rounds, candidates will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI).
• LOI-accepted candidates must complete pre-skilling training before receiving the final offer letter.

• Any misconduct, impersonation, or fraud will result in immediate disqualification and legal action if necessary.
