Job Description:
Wells Fargo is hiring a Software Engineer to work on a full stack enterprise-scale application. This role involves designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and deploying projects within the technology domain. The engineer will lead the development of new functionality and system upgrades, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with global teams in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise-scale applications as a full stack developer
• Design, implement, and test new features and fixes
• Work with modern tools and frameworks to enhance onboarding systems
• Contribute to long-term planning and technology strategies
• Provide guidance to less experienced developers
• Review and resolve moderately complex technical challenges
• Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of systems

Job Expectations:

• Domain knowledge in home lending or consumer lending
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Agile and globally distributed teams
• Strong understanding of DevOps concepts
