Job Description
Wells Fargo is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, integrate, and support scalable infrastructure systems aligned with modern cloud, DevOps, and SRE best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cloud-native infrastructure using VMWare, Nutanix, Ansible, Terraform
- Support DevOps transformation with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and scripting
- Troubleshoot store networks, wireless, and cloud issues
- Ensure platform reliability, resilience, scalability, and performance
- Work with GitHub, Jenkins, Harness, and infrastructure monitoring tools
- Drive compliance, security, and best practices in distributed systems
Skills & Technologies:
- Cloud Platforms: VMWare Cloud Foundation, Nutanix, AWS
- Automation & Infra-as-Code: Ansible, Terraform, Packer
- Scripting: Shell, Python, PowerShell
- DevOps Tools: GitHub, Jenkins, Harness CI/CD
- OS & Infra: RHEL, Windows Server, Active Directory
- Monitoring: Splunk, performance tuning, alerting
- Networking: Firewalls, Virtualization, Storage principles
- SRE Practices: Observability, Resiliency, Reliability, Automation
Preferred Experience:
- Strong in CI/CD frameworks, rebuild/repave pipelines, and secure coding
- Familiar with regulatory compliance, Cyber Resiliency, and risk controls
- Cross-functional engineering with application, middleware, and infra
- Business process automation, optimization, and orchestration
